At Zen Japanese Education Consultancy (ZJEC), we believe that education and cultural exchange open doors to a brighter future. Our mission is to serve as a bridge between Bangladesh and Japan, providing comprehensive support for students, professionals, and families who aspire to study, work, or build a life in Japan.

Founded with a strong commitment to connecting Bangladesh and Japan, ZJEC provides Japanese language education, educational counseling, career guidance, visa-related support, cultural orientation, and pre-departure preparation. We understand that studying or working abroad is not simply a paperwork process—it is a life-changing experience. That is why we focus on preparing students not only for admission and visa procedures, but also for real life in Japan.

ZJEC is a government-registered Japanese language education organization in Bangladesh and has built a strong reputation for quality Japanese language education, student guidance, and Japan-related educational support. Our activities in education, student development, and international human-resource exchange have also received recognition and awards.

Our organization has a presence in both Bangladesh and Japan. In Japan, we operate through Zen Japanese G.K. (Zen Japanese 合同会社), enabling us to understand the expectations of Japanese schools, companies, and society while also understanding the needs and challenges of Bangladeshi students.

To date, more than 1,100 students have travelled to Japan through our network and support. We work with leading and Class 1-category Japanese language schools and educational institutions in Japan. Representatives from several Japanese schools have visited our Bangladesh office and expressed their appreciation for our professional environment, student support system, and commitment to quality.

Our Chairman and Founder, Md. Nazmus Sakib (SAKIB ZEN), is also involved in Bangladesh–Japan community activities and serves as Treasurer of BSSAJ (Bangladeshi Students' Support Association in Japan), an organization that supports Bangladeshi students in Japan. This experience helps us understand the practical challenges students may face after arriving in Japan and strengthens our commitment to continuous support.

ZJEC welcomes Japanese language schools, universities, vocational schools, Japanese companies, SSW and TITP-related organizations, recruitment and human-resource companies, and organizations or investors interested in Bangladesh–Japan cooperation. We warmly invite Japanese schools and companies to visit our Bangladesh office for institutional meetings, student recruitment discussions, business cooperation, and long-term partnership opportunities.

We place great importance on transparency and student-friendly policies. Depending on the program and applicable conditions, students do not need to pay a service charge before visa issuance, and we do not charge file-opening or registration fees. Eligible students may also receive scholarship opportunities based on academic results, including opportunities of up to 100% of applicable tuition or course fees depending on the institution and scholarship conditions.

Most importantly, ZJEC strongly emphasizes Japanese culture, discipline, punctuality, manners, responsibility, and communication. We believe that learning Japanese language alone is not enough to succeed in Japan. Students must also understand Japanese society and be prepared to respect its rules and culture.

Our goal is not simply to send students to Japan. Our goal is to prepare responsible, culturally aware, motivated, and well-trained students who can study, work, and build a successful future in Japan.
