How to become a member

    You do this

    Pay the executive membership fee

    The fee is paid once — there is no yearly subscription. Pay in the country you are in:

    From Bangladesh — BDT 7,500

    • Bank — The City Bank, Bogra branch
    • Account name — MD NAZIM UDDIN
    • Account number — 2303094895001
    • Routing number — 225100372

    From Japan — ¥10,000

    • Bank — みずほ銀行 (Mizuho Bank)
    • Branch code (店番号) — 685 (大分 / オオイタ)
    • Account number (口座番号) — 1668363
    • Account name (名義) — ナガマツ　ファルク

    Keep your deposit slip or transfer record. If the sender's name differs from your own, write it on the form in the next step so the office can match your payment.

    Whichever account you use, you must then tell the organising secretary on WhatsApp (+818047771677). A transfer on its own carries only a name and an amount — the message is what connects it to your application.

    You do this

    Register your agency as an executive member

    Open Become a Member and choose Executive Member. Fill in your agency's details and your own — the agency name, the director's name, a contact email and phone.

    The form is on this site now — there is no Google Form to open and no separate document to email. Only three fields are required; the logo, cover photo, address and the rest can be added later from your dashboard.

    Every BSSAJ member runs an agency. Executive members take an active part in the association: they vote, and they help set its policy.

    You do this

    Read and accept the two policies

    At the end of the form you agree to two things:

    Read them first, then tick both boxes. Your agreement is recorded with the date and time you submitted.

    You no longer need to print, sign and scan these. Ticking the boxes on the form is the agreement.

    BSSAJ reviews your application

    The office checks your details against the fee received and, where relevant, with the organising secretary. This is a human step, so it is not instant.

    Approved — your membership begins

    Once approved you become an executive member: your name joins the members page, and you can take part in the decisions and votes that executive members take part in.

    Join the official BSSAJ groups

    Official notices and discussions happen here. Join both so you do not miss anything.
